Prep the rolls
Preheat oven according to the dough package instructions. Lightly butter your baking dish.

Add the pistachio filling
Unroll the cinnamon roll dough. Brush lightly with melted butter, spread pistachio cream evenly, and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Roll & slice
Roll the dough back into a log and cut into equal rolls.

Bake
Place rolls into the prepared dish and bake following package directions until golden and fluffy.

Make the topping
In a small bowl, mix pistachio cream with cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar if desired.

Spread pistachio topping over warm rolls and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
