Cinnamon Rolls

  • 1 can / package ready-to-bake cinnamon roll dough (with icing included or removed)

  • Butter (soft, for greasing)

Pistachio Filling

  • β…“ cup pistachio cream

  • 1–2 tbsp butter, melted

  • Cinnamon (to taste)

Pistachio Topping

  • ΒΌ cup pistachio cream

  • 2–3 tbsp cream cheese (softened)

  • 1–2 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, for sweetness)

  • Chopped pistachios, for finishing

  1. Prep the rolls
    Preheat oven according to the dough package instructions. Lightly butter your baking dish.

  2. Add the pistachio filling
    Unroll the cinnamon roll dough. Brush lightly with melted butter, spread pistachio cream evenly, and sprinkle with cinnamon.

  3. Roll & slice
    Roll the dough back into a log and cut into equal rolls.

  4. Bake
    Place rolls into the prepared dish and bake following package directions until golden and fluffy.

  5. Make the topping
    In a small bowl, mix pistachio cream with cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar if desired.

  6. Finish
    Spread pistachio topping over warm rolls and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
